What we collect

When you join the early-access list we keep what you type into the form:

• your email address and brand name
• what you make and your annual production volume
• anything you add about what you want made

To stop abuse we also look at your IP address. It is used to limit how often the form can be sent and to run a bot check, and it is not stored with your sign-up.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how the site is used with PostHog (US servers, so this data is processed outside the UK and EU) and Vercel Web Analytics. Both run without cookies and without storing anything on your device, so we don't show a cookie banner. They record the pages you view, where you came from, your country, browser and device type, and whether you submit the early-access form (only the category and volume you chose, never your email or what you typed). Your IP address is used to work out your country and is not kept as part of that data. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't record sessions. Turn on Do Not Track in your browser and PostHog won't record you at all.

The bot check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a short-lived technical cookie to confirm you are a person. That is strictly necessary and is not used for tracking.

What we use it for

Only to run the early-access list: to send you a confirmation, to contact you when a production slot opens, and to plan capacity. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who handles it for us

• Supabase stores the list.
• Google Workspace sends and receives our email.
• Vercel hosts this site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person.
• PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics measure site usage, as described above.
• Upstash briefly holds request counts for rate limiting.

How long we keep it

Until early access ends or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to run your orders.
